Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
Book online with "Book a Room" — you'll see which rooms are free for your dates. You can also call or WhatsApp us on +234 813 726 0890, or email info@elitehubbydd.com.
When is my online booking confirmed?
Your room is held the moment you book. Our front desk then confirms it with you by phone, usually within a few minutes during the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may be charged one night.
Do I pay online?
No — you reserve online and pay at the hotel. We accept cash (Naira), Visa and Mastercard, and bank transfer.
Check-in & Check-out
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and a charge.
What do I need at check-in?
A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence or national ID) and your booking reference.
Facilities & Rooms
What's included in every room?
High-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air-conditioning and a modern bathroom. All guests can use the pool, rooftop lounge, Spank Lounge and secure parking.
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Are the apartments fully equipped?
Yes — our flats and duplexes have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and living lounges, ideal for longer stays.
Can I request a specific room?
Yes, add it to your booking notes. We can't guarantee a specific room, but we'll do our best.
Policies & Location
Is smoking allowed?
All indoor areas are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outdoors.
Do you allow pets?
Please contact us before booking — arrangements may be possible for some rooms.
Where are you, and how far is the airport?
We're at 6 Igbiniedu Street, Off Ugbor Village Road, Amagba, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, about 15–20 minutes from Benin Airport depending on traffic.
